TVA has a great site. Click on the TVA Logo and it will take you to where you can find out about the Lake Levels in real time. When are they releasing, when are the Lakes going to rise or fall? This site can answer those questions. There is also information on the local TVA Campgrounds.

Loudon County also has its share of local public golf courses. Among them are the Avalon Golf Community, Cedar Hills Golf Club, Executive Meadows, Landmark Golf Club, and the Riverview Golf Course. For more information look them up in the Yellow Pages on our site in the Area Business link.

The following is a great web site and very helpful for Tellico Village boaters. Just click on their logo above to go to their web site. T-BART is short for Tellico Boaters Assistance Response Team. It’s job is to help stranded boaters on Tellico Lake in Loudon TN who are in a non-medical/non-emergency situation -- basically to tow them to safe harbor if their boat quits on them.

Tellico Village Property Owners Association
(POA) is responsible for the governmental functions in the Village and represents all property owners. The POA maintains the Village roads, amenities, and water and sewer systems, and operates all Village facilities. The POA is a nonprofit organization funded by a monthly assessment fee paid by the property owners. The Board of Directors and eight advisory committees are composed of residents and local property owners who volunteer their time and expertise for the betterment of the community.
